Returns Policy
We make every effort to ensure that any goods are delivered to you in perfect condition, and that we deliver the correct goods. However, should you receive incorrect or faulty goods please contact us within forty eight hours of delivery giving us full details of the damaged or incorrect goods on +44 (0)7717 158681 or e-mail janet@clubkitcompany.co.uk, so that we can arrange replacement goods or a refund.
You have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days starting the day after the receipt of the goods, and do not need to state a reason but you will need to contact us in writing by email, post or fax prior to returning them. Goods must be returned unused and in the condition they were delivered. You will be responsible for return delivery costs, but will be refunded the full cost of the product within 30 days of cancellation. We will notify you when the returned goods have been received at our premises.
We are happy to make exchanges provided that we have the required items in stock and the customer pays for any carriage charges.
All products must be returned in their original condition for our inspection. We rely on the customer to order the correct sizes and quantities. Any costs involved in exchanging the product, provided it has been despatched correctly, must be paid by the customer. A charge of 10% of order value will be levied against all orders that are cancelled prior to shipping to cover administration costs, unless we are unable to provide the goods ordered within the agreed timeframe.
You cannot cancel your order if the goods you have ordered are personalised. For the avoidance of doubt this includes, but is not limited to names, numbers, logos printed or embroidered on kit.
If you have received the goods before you cancel your contract then you must send the goods back to our contact address at your own cost and risk and we advise you to ensure goods are adequately insured during any return journey. If you cancel your contract but we have already processed the goods for delivery you must not unpack the goods when they are received by you and you must send the goods back to us at our contact address at your own cost and risk.
Any customer has the right to cancel a product. If that product has already been despatched, it can be returned to us in its original and resaleable condition and a refund will be given according to the customers wishes (excluding any carriage and handling charges)
We cannot accept responsibility for goods lost while in transit to us
Proof of postage is not necessarily proof of delivery and you are therefore strongly advised to send your package by recorded delivery, registered post or courier and to maintain sufficient insurance to cover the value of the goods.
Once you have notified us that you are cancelling your contract, any sum debited to us from your credit card will be re-credited to your account as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your order provided that the goods in question are returned by you and received by us in the condition they were in when delivered to you. If you do not return the goods delivered to you or do not pay the costs of delivery, we shall be entitled to deduct the direct costs of recovering the goods from the amount to be re-credited to you.
No contract will subsist between you and the Company until the Company accepts your order by e-mail or in writing confirming that it has dispatched your product. Any such contract will be deemed to have been concluded in England and will be interpreted, construed and enforced in all respects in accordance with English Law and both you and the Company submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
